from the folks that started it:

"There comes a time in every man's life where he must stand up for what he believes in...
That time is June 15th!
On June 15th, men across the nation will unite in one cause and one voice saying, "I am man!"
On that day, men across the nation will blow things up, they'll shoot big guns, they'll punch each other for no reason, they'll pump some iron, or they'll watch every Rambo movie from beginning to end. Straight through."

finally, a group that supports and understands me.

LOL. what great ways to celebrate your manhood.
I actually laughed when i saw the title of this thread.
I suppose it's fair enough though... there's already international women's day...

I find it too modern, fitting nicely into the liberalism ideology that you need to be equal and identical.

The only time a man doesn't stand up for what he 'believes' in is when his mother stops him from standing up for whatever it is.

Tell me about it. National wardah day is on September 28th, don't forget guys! :P

I don't see anything wrong with men having their own day. They need their space and need ego boosters too.

Is this a day for the modern, feminized "man" or for actual men?
